@mentions are back again

If you are a Twitter fan, you will be familiar with referencing other Twitter users using @username tags. This feature exists in myblog.arts too – I’ve just re-enabled it after making a few tweaks. For the moment it only works in updates you make in your profile pages, or in discussion forums. (This is a limitation of the Buddypress software.) In a future update you may be able to add @mentions to your blog posts too.
To see other members’ usernames, visit their profile page. There you will see an option to @mention them or to send them a personal message. In both cases they should receive an email notification.

EDIT: just to clarify – the @mentions you make here are just for other myblog.arts users, not for Twitter users.
