Fixes to blog creation

The error messages on the ‘signup for an account’ page now properly reflect any problems encountered when signing up for a blog or account.
Users should also be forwarded correctly to the Welcome page when logging in to myblog.arts for the first time. Previously, in some cases they may have been forwarded to a page they weren’t allowed to access, resulting in an error message.
