To change the name (particularly to remove the middle name) – it should be done university wide. To do so, students could talk to IT Support on 9898.

Thank you! That was easy 🙂 Somehow it did not work for me to embed the video, did not seem to have that function in my Keynote or Powerpoint. But this worked and they downloaded straight away as mp4.
