I agree with your thoughts on training not being delivered by the right people. I also think there is eomthing around how management does not follow up with staff post training. <p>Thank you for these comments. I will hopefully be elaborating on how I combine grassroots organising with HE teaching practices in my final report. But to put it simply it is a way of allowing students to define a learning space by asking them what they need in order to feel welcomed.</p>

<p>I would say that people who are struggling with disability rights suffering from governmental cuts right now have a lot in common with the stripping of rights for trans people in the UK. Both things are happening due to a rise in far right politics and the arrival of the tory labour party.</p>
